GestationalAge	Represents the number of completed weeks of gestation. Allows for more precise dose range checking for premature infants when data are available for this population. If gestational age is not provided in the request, then full term gestation is assumed and screening will be performed at the appropriate Age Band based on calculated post-natal age (i.e., age calculated from DOB). If gestational age is 39-44 or if calculated post-natal age is 180 days or older, then gestational age will be ignored. If gestational age is provided in the request, but dose range data are not populated in the Premature Neonate Age Band, then dose screening will be performed at the Age Band based on calculated post-natal age.	integer	None.
PatientExperience	Indicates a patient’s opioid tolerance. Used only for opioids; indicates a patient’s tolerance. If Patient Experience is not provided in the request, then Naïve is assumed.	PatientExperienceEnum	None.
Weight	A numeric value that represents the patient’s weight in kilograms (kg). Required if the Dose Check record uses a Dose Type of “Weight” or if the Age Band is divided into Weight Groups. Optional for non weight-based screening calls.	decimal number	None.
BodySurfaceArea	A numeric value representing the patient's Body Surface Area (BSA) in square meters (m²) Required to calculate the min/max/usual dosing if drug has a BSA-based dosing component as defined in the product labeling. If BSA is required but not included in the request, then an error message stating that BSA is required to perform Dose Check will be returned.	decimal number	None.
CrCl	Represents a patient’s calculated creatinine clearance (indicator of renal function). If CrCl is set then CrClRate must be set.	integer	None.
CrClRate	Represents a patient’s calculated creatinine clearance rate unit. If CrClRate is set then CrCl must be set.	CrClRateEnum	None.
ChildPughScore	Score used to assess prognosis of chronic liver disease (hepatic impairment). In some cases, drug dosages are adjusted based on Child-Pugh score. If no Child-Pugh score is provided, then normal hepatic function will be assumed.	ChildPughScoreEnum	None.
